Just like you, I've lived the chaos: divorce, co parenting, remarriage, raising teens in a blended family and doing it all under the spotlight as a reality TV producer. I've seen hundreds of people navigate raw, unscripted moments and I saw the same communication breakdowns play out again and again. After 25 years of witnessing what drives people apart—and what pulls them back together—I’ve taken those lessons into my coaching. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to stop repeating the same arguments and start communicating in a way that actually lands.
What I do and how I help?
I am on a mission to teach people how to cut conflict and create connection by taking responsibility for how they show up in their relationships. When you learn to recognize your patterns, own your reactions, and shift your energy people respond differently. Conversations change.
